Pappy's Trucks

This  sight is dedicated too my three children Lil  Base,  Lanie and Hayley and my eleven grandchildren  Evan,  Kayden,  Krystina,  Base,  Taylor,  Daisy,  Paige,  Raidynn, Layth, Harlie and Mia.  And Also too all the Truck Drivers and Winross Collectors. I hope y'all enjoy it. I use to find myself spending more time with my son Lil Base and my best friend Scotty since I took up this hobby. I got them hook on Winross and hope they will past this great hobby on too their children. I have also met some nice people on my way searching for new trucks.  It has taking me a little bit every where. Toy shows, flea markets, auctions and antique stores.  Its been a challenge trying to find that special truck that you want. I guess that's what makes it fun. I kind of feel like a kid again. My grandfather John R. Maugans retired from Charlton brothers transportation.  So when I was on my quest too find more information about Charlton brothers transportation I stumble across Winross trucks. As we say the rest is history. I drove for a few trucking companies through the years. But I decided on a different occupation. I became a cable technician. But some days I miss driving a 18 wheeler. I think my grandfather would of been proud of me that I tried to keep the family tradition going. But think he would understand that it wasn't my calling. I love this hobby.  It has been fun and aggravating at times and also a little expensive. But I still love it. I also collect Penjoy trucks. They are very nice trucks also. I hope they will become as popular as Winross one day. I will be added some pictures from the toy shows that I attend.  Take care fellow collectors..[Base]
